Musubu*: Joint Exhibition of Artist’s Books from Tokyo and the San Francisco Bay Area
*Musubu – to tie, to connect, to be bound (as in friendship)
Musubu is a cross-cultural joint exhibit of book arts pieces between the Tokyo Bookbinding Club and Book Artist in the San Francisco Bay Area. The exhibit’s intention is to raise awareness of the book arts traditions and innovations in both book arts communities with the goal of enriching and inspiring each, making connections and lasting ties.
